Strain the water into a Spray bottle directly or into a glass.

You can apply this Fenugreek Hair rinse to the roots of your hair doing a light massage of your hair scalp. Leave it for at least 20 minutes and wash your hair with normal or cold water. Try to repeat this 1-2 times every week. You can also apply a conditioner to wash your hair.

Aloe vera is optional, add this only if you get a fresh Aloe vera leaf, otherwise don’t include this.
